With this, the release date of Master, which was announced on January 13, has become uncertain. Along with the master, the movie 'Eeswaran' starring Simbu was also prepared for Pongal release.
Earlier, the Tamil Nadu government's decision to allow 100 per cent seats in theatres was controversial. The government took the crucial decision after a meeting between actor Vijay and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswami.
