Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, who had charmed his way into millions of hearts in the world of Hindi cinema over four decades, passed away at a Mumbai hospital on Thursday morning. He was 67.

Rishi, was suffering from cancer, was taken to the H N Reliance hospital by his family. After being diagnosed with cancer in 2018, he underwent treatment in New York for nearly a year. In September 2019, he came back to India however was seldom seen publically since.

Akshay Kumar, Rajinikanth, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Rahul Gandhi and Riteish Deshmukh condoled the death of the veteran actor Rishi Kapoor.
