In honor of tonight’s Tony Awards, here I am on Broadway in Robert Sherwood’s “Small War on Murray Hill” at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre, 1957. Garson Kanin directed; costumes were by Irene Sharaff, the set design was by Boris Aronson. With that creative team, it had to be a hit, right? We ran 12 performances! The lovely Jan Sterling was the star; I played her sister.
