After doing a little research over the claims made in the picture, it has been found that this is a FAKE NEWS and no such orders have been passed in the nation. In fact, the picture of lion on the street is from the year 2016. It was clicked in South Africa.

As the Covid-19 pandemic continues, people across the world are being urged to stay indoors and practice self-isolating in order to minimise the spread of the illness. And it seems Lord Sugar was dubious as to whether Russia really had set a pack of lions across the country to make sure people were staying indoors. The image shows a lion walking along a street, with a ‘breaking news’ banner which reads: ‘Russia unleashed more than 500 lions on its streets to ensure that people are staying indoors during this pandemic.’

Meanwhile, people across the world have been asked to stay indoors and move out only if there is an emergency situation due to coronavirus outbreak.
